Welcome to PaddlePod. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getpaddlepod.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products offered through the Site.
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. ABOUT PADDLEPOD
PaddlePod provides pickleball accessories and related products through this Site.
Throughout these Terms, “PaddlePod,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating getpaddlepod.com.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this Site or purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products, Site, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Site.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, dimensions, features, and other information as accurately as possible.
However, product appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations due to differences in displays, photography, manufacturing, materials, or product updates.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or update our products and their specifications at any time.
4. PRODUCT USE
PaddlePod is designed as an accessory for carrying and holding a pickleball with a compatible pickleball paddle.
PaddlePod must be removed from the paddle before gameplay.
Customers are responsible for using the product appropriately and according to any instructions provided with the product.
PaddlePod is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification of the product, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product for purposes for which it was not designed.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may cancel or refund an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required.
7. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier may be outside PaddlePod’s control.
Additional information regarding shipping may be provided on our Site or during checkout.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise resulted from an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional eligibility requirements, instructions, and refund information are provided in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at hello@getpaddlepod.com as soon as possible and provide your order information and, when requested, photographs documenting the issue.
When the problem is the result of our error or a qualifying product defect, we will work to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its contents—including the PaddlePod™ name, logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, packaging, slogans, and other brand materials—are owned by or licensed to PaddlePod and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing on this Site grants permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
The PaddlePod name and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without our permission.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Site may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, shipping, analytics, website functionality, and other business operations.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, or purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to reject the use of promotional offers in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or abuse.
13. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
You grant PaddlePod permission to use, reproduce, display, and share content you voluntarily submit to us for purposes related to operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove or decline content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; collect information about other users without authorization; impersonate another person; interfere with Site functionality; or violate the intellectual property or other legal rights of PaddlePod or any third party.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaddlePod and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold PaddlePod harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
18. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and protected.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
